Employee Summer Vacation Plans!

 

Randall Dixon - The Dixon Family will have a busy summer as usual. Randall's son Paul has now taken a seasonal job at Cape Cod allowing him to visit Asia during the off season. His son Brent has been nominated to work as a teaching fellow at Singularity University this summer at the NASA Ames Research Center and will be working on New York University's Neuroscience Program. His son Luke will be sitting for his board of review to achieve his Eagle Scout Rank. Drew will be applying for a graduate work ministry at Denver Seminary. His wife Rosemary, Luke and he will be planning to spend two weeks in Europe (thanks to ECCU's travel points on his credit card) with one week in London and a second week in Paris this summer! 

Kanika Boutte- Kanika and her family will be visiting Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX in July! 

Cheryl Hibbs - Cheryl's summer plans include visiting friends in San Antonio with her husband for a few days this June.

Vicki Kreger- For her summer vacation, she will be traveling to South Carolina to visit her daughter and son-in-law, Brandi and Tyler and to see her grandchildren Blake and Kenzie. She will have the privilege of being there when her third grandbaby is born. And she will be helping with the kids during this time. She can't wait for this special bundle of joy to arrive and she is looking forward to spending lots of time with Blake and Kenzie!

Alicia Mersiovsky - Alicia and her husband just returned from a 7 day cruise to Montego Bay, Jamaica, Cozumel, Mexico and Grand Cayman!

Rachel Silver- Rachel plans on attending summer school and possibly taking a trip to Florida!

 

Volunteer Requests:

We need volunteers who would like participate as a Bus Buddy! Bus Buddies are instrumental in making sure that the little ones get off the bus at their correct stop and to help the bus driver so he or she can concentrate on the road.

Bus Buddies will take place from 2:30-4:30pm on August 26,27,and 28th. Please let me know if you will be able to volunteer for this event, but please check with your supervisor first to see if you are able to assist. If you have never been a Bus Buddy before you will need to attend one out of the three MANDATORY trainings required by Cy-Fair ISD to participate. If you have volunteered before, you will not need to attend a training session. Training session dates will be communicated at a later date.

 

 

 

We are also in need of volunteers to assist with the Houston Food Bank Volunteer Event.

The new date to volunteer is July 13, 2013 from 9am-12pm.  The address is below:
