The Celebration Team asked that we get to know each other better, so
each quarter for the next year, we will be asking questions to learn
more about each other! First up are those staff members with a birthday
in either June, July or August! So be sure to not only wish
them a Happy Birthday, but to let them know you appreciate them sharing a
little information about themselves!
Below are the questions that were asked:
1.
Where were
you born?
2.
Why did
you choose to work at a credit union?
3.
If you
could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?
4.
What’s
your favorite TV show?
5.
What is
one thing that people might be surprised to find out about you?

I worked at a check cashing place and loved it. They closed and I was transferred to the lending side which was more like collections than loans and I hated it. I saw an ad for a teller position and I applied. I didn't know the difference between a credit union and a bank, I just wanted to be a teller. I was interviewed and hired the same day. Never looked back.
