Update from Randall - 2/13/12

Good afternoon everyone, and welcome to Valentine Week! Be sure to let your special person know how much they are loved tomorrow. Also thanks to the celebration team, we all have hearts to express our thanks to those that work hard every day to provide excellent service to the ECCU team. I hope you are getting as excited as Grandpa about our upcoming staff retreat next Monday! This annual event is scheduled for the Berry Center Monday 2/20/12 . We will start off the day with Cathy Goodwin presenting the second part of her member service series she began in 2011. In the afternoon I will have a very special desert! Courtesy of Angelia Romero who has won our highest % to goal on staff for 2011.

During the afternoon we will have our annual awards ceremony featuring various staff achievements for 2011.

Also next week on 2/23/12 ECCU will hold its 78^th annual meeting at the 800 Bell conference center.

I have attached a letter recently received from Michael McCaul U.S. Congressman, congratulating ECCU for being selected as medium business of the year by the Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce.

During March, Dolphin ATM network will be upgrading ATM’s located at URC and EMC to meet regulatory compliance. These will be leased ATM’s vs. our other ATM’s which are owned by ECCU. In addition our Celebration Team will be sponsoring a Bowling Tournament for all of you closet Bowlers out there for March 24^th (check your upcoming emails for additional details).
